Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment, and supporting gym sales and member engagement. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the Club Manager on projects and ensure operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site positionHourly pay between $22-$25/hr + commissionsQualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships and address member concerns effectively.Your previous experiences and background enable you to resolve all escalated member concerns within your club quickly and thoroughly.Team Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals while promoting services and products to members.Experience in Project Management to ensure smooth daily operations and support ongoing improvements.Passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of gym services and group fitness classes being a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required.Full Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after 90 consecutive days
