Coordinate Measuring Machine Programmer

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in the Sterling Heights area that is looking to add an experienced CMM Programmer/Operator to their team.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong dimensional inspection and metrology experience who wants to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting automotive and aerospace projects.?? Responsibilities:• Develop and optimize CMM programs for dimensional inspection• Perform inspections on sheet metal and machined components• Create detailed dimensional reports and inspection documentation• Read and interpret blueprints with strong GD&T understanding• Support first-piece inspections, calibration, and fixture validation• Maintain quality and safety standards within the manufacturing environment ? Qualifications:• 3+ years of CMM programming and inspection experience• Strong PC-DMIS experience REQUIRED• ATOS/GOM experience strongly preferred• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge• Experience with sheet metal or machined component inspection• Automotive or aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus• Strong organizational and documentation skills??
