Candidates will receive hands-on exposure and coaching in highly collectible watches, rare jewelry, gemstones, and luxury merchandise.Responsibilities:Buy, authenticate and evaluate pre-owned luxury watches and jewelryWork directly with clients and the publicStay up to date with market trends, values and pricing in the luxury watch and jewelry business.Negotiate purchases professionally and confidentlyProvide excellent customer service and build trust with clientsGreat opportunity for someone looking to grow in the luxury watch and jewelry industry.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 3 years of experience with BUYING or selling pre-owned high-end watches, gemstones, jewelry, gold and silver. Strong knowledge of Luxury watch and jewelry brands. Results oriented with strong passion for luxury merchandise and willingness to continue learning. Additional training provided for the right candidateExcellent negotiation and communication skillsGood memory. Strong math skills and ability to perform calculations without reliance on a calculatorHighly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorSales or luxury retail experience a must Bilingual preferredStable work history required (minimum 2 years with previous employer)Compensation:Estimated total compensation is $100,000+ annually, plus benefits.Compensation is based on approximately 9.5 hours per day (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM), 5 days per week. Earnings may vary depending on experience and hours worked.Hours 9 am - 6.30 pm. Every other Saturday is required ( in exchange for 1 day off during the week )Health benefits401k retirement and profit sharingPaid vacationNo remote workThis is an hourly compensation position and is not a salaried role.
