This is a critical operational role located at the Pentagon Reservation.What You Will DoMaster the Logistics: Plan and optimize multimodal transportation operations for the Pentagon Transit Center and Mark Center Station (Shuttles, Mass Transit, Fleet).Manage Contracts (COR): Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative. You will manage vendor performance, review cost proposals, and ensure strict contract compliance.Financial Management: Oversee the Taxable Fringe Benefit Program (Home-to-Work/MILAIR) for Senior Leaders, ensuring accurate IRS reporting.Drive Strategy: Analyze fleet utilization data to drive process improvements and efficiency across the National Capital Region.What You Need to SucceedFor the GS-13 Level: You must have 1+ year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level (or private sector equivalent) in transportation, logistics, or fleet management.For the GS-12 Level: You must have 1+ year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level (or private sector equivalent).Contracting Knowledge: Experience as a COR (FAC-COR Level II / DoD Type B) or experience writing Statements of Work (SOW) is highly preferred.Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.How to ApplyClick Easy Apply to submit your resume.Your application will be automatically routed to our hiring team at
