Our founding team works out of Miami, and that's where you'll sit, day-to-day, alongside the founders.We're now scaling our mid-market motion, and we're hiring 1-2 Account Executives to lead it.70-OTE $70,000-200,000The RoleThis is a high-velocity, full-cycle closing role focused on mid-market accounts. You'll own deals from qualified opportunity through close, working a fast pipeline with shorter cycles and meaningful deal volume, not waiting two quarters for a procurement cycle to land.You'll work directly with the founders every day. You'll help shape the playbook the next 20 AEs will run. And you'll be paid for it: Competitive base plus uncapped commission.What you'll doOwn a full-cycle mid-market sales motion: discovery, demo, evaluation, negotiation, closeRun a high-velocity pipeline with multiple deals in flight at oncePartner with the founders on positioning, pricing, and competitive strategy in real timeBuild and refine the AE playbook "” talk tracks, objection handling, deal qualification "” as you learn what worksProvide direct product feedback to engineering and product (yes, the founders are listening)Help us hire and onboard the next AEs once you've proven the motionWhat we're looking for4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying closing roleTrack record of hitting and exceeding quota "” bring the numbers, we'll talk about themComfort with a high-velocity mid-market motion: multiple deals open, fast cycles, no hand-holdingStrong discovery and qualification skills: You can run a first call without a scriptSelf-starter mindset: Early-stage means no inbound firehose, no SDR pod yet, no sales engineer on every callCrisp written and verbal communication: You can sell over email, Slack, and Zoom as well as in personMajor plusHands-on experience with a sales engagement or outreach platform: SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, Gong Engage, or similar. We're building the next generation of this category, and AEs who've lived inside these tools can articulate the 10x improvement we deliver because they've felt the pain firsthand.Experience selling into RevOps, sales leadership, or GTM buyersPrior early-stage / founding AE experience at a Seed or Series A startupWhy join nowFounder-led, founder-coached.
