This is a hands-on, fast-moving role built for someone who lives on social media, thrives in the details, and gets genuinely excited about campfires, backyard hangs, and the people who love them.You'll have a hand in making social content come to life, help execute creator partnerships, and assist in pulling off events that make people feel the Solo Stove brand in real life. You'll work closely with our marketing team and report into the Director of Social & Partnerships (owner of decisions on strategy, budget, and content direction).What You'll DoCommunity ManagementMonitor and engage with Solo Stove's social channels daily "” responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand waySurface trends, community feedback, and notable UGC to the broader marketing teamHelp grow and nurture an active, loyal brand community across platformsContent Creation & SocialSupport the creation of real-time, trend-driven content that is native to each platformAssist in developing owned content that ladders up to brand strategyLean on our creator network to supplement content output "” you help make sure the right content gets made at the right timeInfluencer & Creator ManagementCoordinate the logistics of creator partnerships: contracts, briefs, timelines, and deliverable trackingRoute final content, strategy decisions, and budget questions to Director for approvalMaintain organized records of partnerships, deliverables, and performance notesEvents SupportAssist in planning and executing Solo Stove events and activationsServe as a go-to coordinator on the ground at events "” managing logistics, vendors, and team communicationWhat We're Looking For0-1 year of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or events (previous internships count!)Genuine passion for social media "” you know what's trending before it trendsStrong organizational skills and an eye for detail; you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ballClear, confident communicator "” in writing, on a call, and in personComfortable working with contracts, timelines, and creative briefsExperience with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) from a brand or creator perspectiveA team player who's also comfortable owning their laneDallas-based and able to travel domestically up to monthlyLength: June 2026-May 2027Weekly Commitment: 10-15 hrs/week (flexible); in Grapevine office 2x weekPaid internship: TBDEmployee product discounts (yes, you'll want them)Opportunities to attend events and activations across the country
