Furlani Foods is seeking a(n)Electrical & Controls Technician / SpecialistKey Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in a high-speed bakery and packaging environmentProgram, modify, load, communicate, and troubleshoot PLC and controller software across multiple generations and platformsConfigure, program, and maintain HMIs and VFDs, including Allen-Bradley drivesSupport instrumentation and controls systems, including I/O, sensors, and field devicesCollaborate with the maintenance team to diagnose equipment issues and implement effective corrective actionsDesign, implement, and document control system improvements and equipment modificationsParticipate in continuous improvement efforts with a focus on safety, reliability, efficiency, and uptimeProvide flexible support for off-hour troubleshooting or emergency calls as requiredAssist with commissioning, testing, and startup of new or modified equipmentMaintain accurate documentation, backups, and version control of programs and system changes RequirementsQualificationsProven experience as an electrical and controls professional in an industrial maintenance settingStrong working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial control networksDemonstrated experience with Allen-Bradley control platforms and drivesAbility to work with multiple types and generations of controllers and equipmentExperience in high-speed manufacturing, food production, bakery, or packaging environments preferredStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a teamSelf-motivated with a continuous improvement mindsetWillingness and ability to work overtime and provide off-hours support when neededPrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment Opportunity PrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
