Location: United States (Office Based/On-site Project Visits)Type: Full-timeIndustry: Renewable Energy - Renewable Energy (Solar, BESS and Wind)Experience Level: Mid to SeniorStart Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale solar PV plant projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, contract, construction teams, and external partners, and report directly to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle of multiple renewable plants (particularly solar PV plants) - from pre-construction planning through commissioning and handover to operationsManage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risks for multiple concurrent solar PV installationsCoordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and utilities to ensure timely executionDevelop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and risk registersFacilitate permitting, interconnection, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, landowners, and internal stakeholdersMonitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standardsConduct regular site visits and progress meetings with field teams and contractorsSupport procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and change order managementLead project close-out including punch lists, performance testing, and final documentationWork from sites and travel flexibility at least 40% of the timeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master's preferred)10-15 years of total experience in energy and 5+ years of renewable energy or utility-scale PV projects Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different locationsStrong understanding of renewable technologies, construction practices, permitting, and interconnection processesFamiliarity with contract management (EPC, PPA, BOP) and project finance structures is a plusProficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel to project sites across the U.S. as neededPMP or similar certification is a plus
