Buyers "” VPs of Localization, Content, Product, and CX at media companies, global brands, and AI-native platforms "” are actively replacing legacy LSPs and stitched-together translation stacks. Run the playbook. Close the deal. This role is structured around four operating principles. Each is non-negotiable.Generate your own pipelineSelf-sourcedBuild a named-account list across media, tech, e-learning, gaming, marketplaces, and global consumer brands; open conversations through targeted outbound, executive referrals, and ecosystem motion.Multi-channelRun disciplined outbound (email, LinkedIn, calling, events) alongside inbound conversion; expect to source the majority of your own pipeline in the first two quarters.Coverage disciplineMaintain 3x+ pipeline coverage on quota, with weekly hygiene and forecast accuracy.Operate AI-nativeAI-fluentUse modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gong, Clay, and similar) to research accounts, personalize outbound at scale, summarize calls, draft proposals, prep for procurement, and automate the repetitive layer of selling.Force multiplierTreat AI as a co-pilot across the full cycle: discovery prep, ROI modeling, security questionnaires, and follow-ups; expect to ship more high-quality account work in a week than a traditional AE does in a month.Product credibilityInternalize how Ollang's AI execution layer works end-to-end so you can sell technical buyers without a sales engineer in every meeting.Run the playbookMethodologyOperate a documented qualification framework (MEDDPICC or equivalent) on every opportunity; pipeline reviews are evidence-based, not vibes-based.Templates and assetsUse and improve our sequences, discovery scripts, demo flows, mutual action plans, business cases, and security/legal response kits "” don't reinvent the wheel on every deal.RepeatabilityHelp us turn what works into the next AE's playbook. Patterns over heroics.Close end-to-endFull-cycle ownershipCarry deals from first conversation to signature: discovery, demo, business case, pilot scoping, procurement, security review, legal redlines, and close.Multi-threadedRun 3-9 month sales cycles across business and technical stakeholders "” content, product, localization, engineering, security, and finance "” and keep momentum through each gate.Land and expandClose the initial use case, then expand into adjacent teams, regions, and workloads. The first signature is the start of the relationship, not the goal.WHO YOU AREA closer with an operator's mindset.5-10+ years closing enterprise SaaS, AI, or platform/infrastructure deals "” ideally with high-ACV, multi-stakeholder cycles.A documented track record of self-sourced pipeline and quota over-attainment.Native fluency with AI tooling and a strong point of view on where AI compresses sales cycles.Comfort running structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar) without supervision.Calm under procurement, legal, and security reviews. You can read a redline, push back, and protect the deal.High-ownership operator energy: thrives in early-stage ambiguity, makes the function better, and does not wait to be told what to do.Genuine curiosity about AI, language, and the global content stack "” and the ability to translate it into business outcomes for executive buyers.HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESSWhat winning looks like.PipelineSelf-sourced pipeline coverage and velocity.New logosNet new enterprise customers landed.ACVRevenue closed against quota, with healthy deal sizes.Cycle efficiencyStage progression and forecast accuracy.ExpansionMulti-team, multi-region growth inside landed accounts.WHAT YOU'LL GETCompensation built for a closer.OTE$280K-$350K target, depending on experience "” base plus uncapped commission.EquityMeaningful early-stage equity in a category-defining company.AcceleratorsOver-attainment is rewarded; we do not cap upside.AI-native stackBest-in-class tooling so you spend your time selling, not stitching tools together.Direct accessFront-row seat with our CRO, founders, product, and engineering "” your deals shape the roadmap.OwnershipFirst dedicated Enterprise AE seat "” defined patch, real autonomy, and the visibility that comes with it.ABOUT OLLANGLanguage as core infrastructure.Ollang is the AI language execution layer for enterprise.
