Receptionist (Financial Firm - Aventura, FL)Salary: $40,000-$55,000 We are seeking a Receptionist in Aventura to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment and can handle a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and manage the front desk areaCoordinate conference room scheduling, meetings, and basic travel arrangementsOrder and manage daily office lunches, supplies, and pantry inventorySort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS)Assist with expense reports, light AP support, and general administrative tasksMaintain a clean and organized office environment and assist with facility needsQualifications:3+ years of receptionist or administrative experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritizeBilingual English/Spanish is a plus
