The Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities include developing tailored treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, managing cases, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The therapist will also support clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, offering guidance and strategies to help them navigate challenges and improve overall well-being.QualificationsProficient in Treatment Planning and Case ManagementKnowledge and experience in therapy practicesStrong grounding in Mental Health and Family TherapyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain client confidentiality and provide ethical careMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), PsyD, PhD or equivalent in PennsylvaniaExperience in a similar role is preferred
