Join us in delivering comprehensive care that focuses on the health and happiness of every individual.Role DescriptionThis part-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Longwood, FL. The BCBA will develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans tailored to the needs of children with developmental and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing behavior patterns, training and supporting parents, providing ongoing supervision to implementers, and monitoring treatment progress. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining adherence to ethical guidelines and treatment standards are key aspects of this role.QualificationsExpertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with a strong foundation in developing effective behavioral interventions.Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies, fostering skill development and collaboration with families.Knowledge of Psychology principles as they relate to individualized behavior plans and developmental needs.Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and team members.Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges is preferred.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
