About the CompanyRobert Half HR Services is seeking a stand-alone Human Resources Generalist for our Dublin based manufacturing client. This position is contract to hire supporting 100 employees and is 100% onsite. We are looking for a well-rounded HRG or small company HR Manager with payroll processing experience. (Paycom)About the RoleThis role involves managing and overseeing all HR operations and daily HR functions for a 100-employee organization.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all HR operations and daily HR functions for a 100-employee organizationMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, and internal HR documentationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practicesMaintain employee records, HRIS data integrity, reporting, and organizational documentationLead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experienceSupport managers and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle including promotions, transfers, leaves, and separationsPartner with leadership on organizational planning, workforce needs, and employee engagement initiativesServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, employee concerns, workplace investigations, and conflict resolutionProvide guidance to managers on performance management, corrective actions, documentation, and policy interpretationPromote a positive workplace culture focused on communication, accountability, and employee engagementManage full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments and levelsQualifications7+ years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure across HR operations, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and recruitingPrior experience as a standalone HR Generalist, HR Manager, or sole HR support strongly preferredStrong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance practices preferredExperience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigationsHands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administrationExperience supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts across various business functionsProficiency with HRIS systems and payroll platforms such as ADP, Paylocity, Paycom, UKG, BambooHR, or similar systemsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain confidentialityPreferred SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferredExperience supporting small to mid-sized organizations in a fast-paced environmentSystems: Paycom - (preferred)
