Position Objective:Regularly analyze procurement data to develop a tiered management mechanism for materials based on their attributes and data insights. Establish centralized and decentralized sourcing approaches, and build an efficient, collaborative, transparent, and strategic category management and sourcing platform.Reporting Line: China HQ Purchasing DeptWorking Language: Mandarin Chinese & EnglishResponsibilities:Category Management1.1 Publish and maintain the company's category directory, ensuring timely updates.1.2 Develop category procurement strategies: Conduct supply market analysis aligned with business needs, regularly publish analytical reports, and formulate/update procurement strategies for respective categories.Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management2.1 Supplier Sourcing: Benchmark within the industry to identify and develop high-quality suppliers.2.2 Establish Strategic Sourcing Mechanisms: Utilize category management to create and implement centralized and decentralized sourcing models based on supplier classification and grading for common and specialized materials.Review & Evaluation3.1 Supplier Capability Assessment: Conduct preliminary evaluations of potential suppliers using TQDRCE criteria.Agreement Execution4.1 Supplier Agreement Negotiation & Signing: Lead commercial negotiations, finalize cooperation agreements, and manage ongoing supplier relationships.Additional Tasks5.1 Execute departmental daily management systems: work logs, monthly/quarterly planning, and performance evaluation processes.5.2 Contribute to departmental knowledge management: Provide suggestions for category management, participate in experience summarization, and share insights.5.3 Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor as needed.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or above.Major & Certification: Business Administration, Financial Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; Junior Economist or Procurement Management certification preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant functional or professional experience, including 5 years in a management role.Computer Skills: Skilled in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel).Required Professional Knowledge: Familiar with category management principles and relevant laws/regulations.Related Skills: Basic product knowledge, understanding of category management tools, strong negotiation skills, and market intelligence gathering ability.System Proficiency: Experience with SRM and OA systems.
