About K Sports ComplexK Sports Complex is a 75,000 square foot indoor sports facility located in Manassas, Virginia, serving Prince William County and the surrounding Northern Virginia region. The facility features four multi-sport courts and two turf fields, hosting youth and adult leagues, recreational programs, camps, and tournaments year-round.We are home to the Lil' Kickers youth soccer development franchise and a growing portfolio of internal leagues and programs. Our facility serves a passionate and diverse sports community of Prince William County.K Sports Complex is privately owned and operated, with a focus on building programs and experiences that serve the community for the long term.About the RoleWe are looking for an operator and builder "” someone who can run a high-functioning sports complex day-to-day while growing a portfolio of internal programs, camps, and community events. The facility, the market, and the customer base are in place. We need the right person to build on that foundation.This role carries real autonomy and real accountability. If you want to manage and build "” not just maintain "” this is the opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility OperationsOversee day-to-day operations "” scheduling, staff management, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationshipsMaintain safety, cleanliness, and customer experience standardsManage rental relationships and handle customer communications and conflict resolutionProgram Development & GrowthBuild, launch, and operate internal youth and adult leagues, camps, clinics, and seasonal programsOwn summer camp programming end-to-end "” design, enrollment, staffing, execution, and reportingDevelop auxiliary and community revenue programs that drive facility traffic and generate revenue during off-peak hoursDrive enrollment through community outreach, school and club relationships, and local marketingMarketing & Community EngagementExecute social media and email campaigns to drive registrations and facility awarenessRepresent the facility at community events and build relationships with local schools, clubs, and organizationsEngage the Hispanic/Latino soccer community in Prince William County "” a key segment of our customer baseBusiness PerformanceTrack and report program revenue, enrollment, and facility utilization metricsManage program budgets and work with ownership on quarterly revenue targetsQualificationsRequired5+ years in sports facility management, recreational program operations, event management, hospitality, or a closely related fieldDemonstrated track record of building or growing a program, league, event series, or community initiativeStrong organizational skills "” comfortable managing multiple programs and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; this role is highly relationship-drivenMust be available to work evenings and weekends "” our primary operational hoursPreferredExperience planning and running youth summer camps "” enrollment, staffing, daily operations, and family communicationBackground in event management or hospitality (hotel, venue, or guest experience operations)Experience developing auxiliary or community revenue programs that leverage existing facility trafficBackground in soccer, futsal, or youth recreational league managementBilingual English/Spanish (a plus, not a requirement)Familiarity with the Prince William County / Northern Virginia marketExperience with online registration platforms such as TeamSnap or LeagueAppsCompensation$75,000 - $90,000 base, commensurate with experiencePerformance bonus based on program revenue growthFull-time | On-site | Manassas, VirginiaBachelor's degree preferred, not requiredHow to ApplySend a resume and a brief note describing your most relevant experience and why this role appeals to you.
