OverviewWe are a busy plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine practice in Newport Beach seeking a polished, patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a front-facing role at the heart of the patient experience. You will be the first and last impression our patients have of the practice, and we take that seriouslyThe ideal candidate is warm, highly organized, and comfortable working in a growth practice environment. Prior experience in plastic surgery, medical spa, or dermatology is required. Beyond experience, we are looking for someone who takes ownership of their role, goes the extra mile to help the practice grow, and believes that hard work and results are the foundation of a rewarding career. Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for patients ( in person, by phone, and email)Manage patient check-in and check-out, intake forms, and consentsAssist with capturing before/after patient photographs in accordance with practice protocolsSchedule and confirm appointments, consultations, and surgical proceduresManage lead follow-up to convert inquiries into booked consultationsHandle accurate invoicing, payment collection, and daily financial reconciliationProcess patient financing applications and assist patients through the financing processProcess Allé and Aspire loyalty program transactionsMaintain medical records, correspondence files, and supply inventorySupport retail product and gift card sales at the front deskAssist with practice events and other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in a plastic surgery, medical spa, or dermatology practice is requiredExceptional patient relations and communication skillsComfortable discussing treatment options, pricing, and financing with patientsProficiency with EMR systems and standard office software (4D preferred)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience with patient financing programs (e.g., CareCredit, Cherry) preferredFamiliarity with Allé and/or Aspire rewards programs preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredSpanish fluency a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly compensationFull-time position with a consistent scheduleVacation, holiday, and sick payA professional, supportive team environment in a well-established practiceOpportunity to grow within an expanding aesthetic medicine practiceHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your experience in aesthetic or plastic surgery practice.
