The Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing, treating and managing medical conditions and diseases of pets. The Veterinarian will conduct physical exams, perform diagnostic test, prescribe medications and perform surgeries. The Veterinarian will also provide preventative care and education to clients.QualificationsDoctor or Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent degree from an accredited institutionValid license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain licenseKnowledge and experience in veterinary medicineSkills in diagnosing, treating and managing medical conditions and diseases of petsExperience in performing surgeries, including spay and neuterAbility to communicate effectively with clients and staff membersStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyCompassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care for pets and their ownersUse of AviMark is a plusExperience in exotic animal medicine and surgery a plus
