That's why we're selective.The Clinical Model: ? Cash-based practice (we accept Medicare) - patients who value your expertise ? 8 patients/day average vs. 14-20 at high-volume insurance clinics ? 90-minute pelvic floor evals - time to actually assess and educate ? 45-60 minute ortho follow-ups - not 20-minute slots ?
