The Clinical Director manages and oversees all aspects of regional operations that are related to providing treatment to children with special needs. This position will work closely with the Executive Clinical Director (licensed BCBA) and/or Vice President of Operations (licensed BCBA) to ensure that all roadblocks to deliver services in the region are navigated to service clients most effectively.ResponsibilitiesWith support implement audit and evaluation tools to assess clinical services at the supervisory levelWith support serve as the primary resource for their region in ensuring that Clinical Supervisors are delivering services in accordance with ALP expectationsWith support oversee all clinical and administrative operations within the regionWork with the ED/VP and the Support Center staff to ensure that agency-wide processes and procedures are being executed efficiently to support clients and staffManage all Supervisors within their regionDrive to clinical and operational excellence through management of the Balanced Scorecard and the key metrics for their region and/or sub-regionOversee purchasing as neededCommunicate business development and operations information to corporate executive team either independently or in collaboration with their immediate supervisorMaintain funding agency relationships either independently or in collaboration with their regional Sr. Clinical Director or Executive DirectorOversee management of employees at all levels either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive DirectorDevelop and implement actions to ensure positive employee relations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive DirectorCoordinate with corporate departments including HR, billing, contracts/credentialing, accounting, etc. to address needs and meet goals either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive DirectorQualificationsBCBA Certification requiredAt least 5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations managementAt least 3 years of Director experienceExperience working in behavioral healthcare or related industryMaster's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field requiredAutism Learning Partners supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
