The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a payroll team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing: Assist in processing biweekly payroll for employees, including data entry, timekeeping, and calculation of wages and deductions.Verification: Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to hours worked.Communication: Address employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions promptly and professionally by email and phone.Record Keeping: Maintain organized and secure payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Requirements: • Healthcare payroll experience • UKG Dimensions & Oracle experience • Excel and payroll systems knowledge • Strong attention to detail and communication skillsQualification: • High school diploma or equivalent
