Physical Therapist "” Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports PracticePrecision Care Medical & Sports Performance is hiring a full-time physical therapist for our Shell Road clinic in Brooklyn. Five days a week, no weekends, no on-call. $95K-$120K depending on experience, plus $5,250/year tax-free toward your student loans, $1,500/year CEU stipend, and license reimbursement.The short versionWe're an established Brooklyn outpatient practice with integrated pain management and sports performance under the same roof. PT technicians on the floor to support you, CEU budget, Monday-Friday with no weekends, genuine schedule flexibility for the things life throws at you, and comp that reflects what experienced clinicians are worth in this market.What you'll doEvaluate and treat a diverse caseload across orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehab, sports-related conditions, and chronic pain referralsDeliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and sport-specific progressions, with PT technicians running warm-ups and exercise circuits under your directionBuild individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward meaningful functional goalsCollaborate directly with on-site interventional pain management physicians "” your complex cases don't disappear into a referral loopEducate patients on exercise progression, injury prevention, and long-term self-managementWhat we offerCompensation: $100,000-$120,000 base, depending on experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday. No weekends. No holidays.Schedule flexibility: Need to come in late for an appointment? Leave early for a family commitment? We work with our PTs, not against them "” this is a practice, not a punch clock.Student loan contribution: $5,250/year ($437.50/month) paid directly to your federal or private student loan servicer "” the maximum amount allowed tax-free under federal law. Starts after your 90-day introductory period.CEU stipend: $1,500/year.
