This role ensures compliance with all applicable federal and Texas state regulations, maintains high standards of quality and safety, and leads pharmacy staff in delivering accurate, efficient, and patient-centered care.This location operates as a closed door and cash-pay compounding pharmacy and does not bill insurance. This allows the PIC to focus on clinical quality, compounding excellence, and patient care"”without the administrative burden of insurance processing, prior authorizations, or PBM-related issues.Daily Responsibilities:Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficientlyOversee non-sterile compounding processesEnsure adherence to formulas, batch records, and quality standardsMonitor and resolve any compounding deviationsProviding drug information to patients and healthcare providersEnsuring patient safety through proper medication managementPerforming visual inspections of medications for accuracyRequired Skills:Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degreeImmunization certificationExperience in pharmacy operations and prescription fillingStrong clinical pharmacy skillsAbility to provide patient care and counselingStrong business acumenCompany Information:Our stores are owned and operated by pharmacists.
