You'll work independently while collaborating closely with radiologists and the broader care team.Key Responsibilities:Perform standard and specialized radiographic exams using appropriate positioning and radiation safety principlesReview clinical data and patient history to produce high-quality diagnostic images using the lowest possible radiation doseProvide compassionate, safe, and confidential care to patients of all age groupsCommunicate effectively with patients and healthcare team membersAssist with additional Radiology Department responsibilities as neededIdentify and report equipment issues promptly to leadershipRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDGraduate of an accredited radiography program (registry-eligible)Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist licenseCEU documentation for licensurePreferred QualificationsBLS certification (ACLS may be required based on specialty)1+ year of experience as a Radiology TechnologistExperience with Computed Radiography, Digital Radiography, Epic, Synapse, PACSgearComfortable with scheduling exams and handling patient communicationsPay & BenefitsHourly Pay Range:$23.41 - $41.83/hr (based on experience, education, certifications, and local market)Comprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) and equity stock purchase optionsIncentive and recognition programsCareer development and internal mobility opportunitiesOur CommitmentAt UnitedHealth Group, we're committed to helping people live healthier lives and creating a more inclusive and equitable healthcare system.
