Overview: Our client, a major PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Services) entity owned by 20 non-profit health plans serving >33 million members and benefits manager of government programs including Medicare and Medicaid, seeks an accomplished Clinical PharmacistJob Title: Clinical PharmacistLocation: Fort WorthDuration: 3-6 months with possible extensionPay rate: $60/hr on W2Schedule:On-site for first 3 monthsMonday through Friday10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central TimeHybrid option available after meeting performance metricsMust-Have Requirements:Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist LicenseMinimum 3 years patient counseling experienceMust live within 1 hour driving distance of Fort Worth worksiteComfortable handling phone-based counseling for 7-8 hours dailyStrong communication and customer service skillsJob Description:The Clinical Pharmacist will provide oversight and safety for daily operations of the assigned patient care team, including management of pharmacy staff, clinical support to patients, and ensuring prescriptions are dispensed in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and board of pharmacy regulations.
