Our AI-driven fall prevention and detection capabilities are setting new standards for inpatient safety.Following our recently announced $47M growth round, backed by leading health systems, hellocare is in hypergrowth mode and scaling rapidly across the U.S. to meet rising demand for smarter, more efficient care delivery models.We are on a mission to bridge healthcare and technology to ensure care is accessible, scalable, and efficient for both providers and patients.Role Overviewhellocare.ai is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to lead the clinical strategy, innovation, and adoption of AI-assisted virtual care across our platform and customer base.This is a critical executive leadership role that reports directly to the Founder and CEO, working in close partnership to shape company strategy, influence product direction, and drive enterprise-scale clinical transformation.The CCO will define the future of care delivery through technology and work directly with leading health systems across the country to scale next-generation models including virtual nursing, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent hospital rooms.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Strategy and LeadershipDefine and lead hellocare.ai's clinical vision across inpatient, outpatient, and home care environmentsEstablish scalable care delivery models leveraging AI, virtual care, and intelligent hospital room capabilitiesServe as the primary clinical advisor to the Founder and CEO and executive leadership teamProduct and InnovationPartner closely with Product and Engineering to design, validate, and scale AI-assisted clinical workflowsTranslate frontline clinical needs into product innovation across virtual nursing, patient observation, RPM, and patient engagementDrive development of next-generation capabilities including AI assistants, automation, and continuous monitoringCustomer Engagement and AdoptionBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with health system leaders including CNOs, CMIOs, and CIOsLead clinical adoption strategies to move customers from pilot programs to enterprise-wide deploymentsAct as a trusted advisor to customers in redesigning care delivery modelsClinical Outcomes and QualityDefine and track key clinical, operational, and financial outcomes such as patient safety, nurse efficiency, and patient experienceEstablish and oversee quality assurance and performance improvement programsEnsure consistent, high-quality clinical outcomes across all customer deploymentsRegulatory and ComplianceEnsure adherence to clinical standards, telehealth regulations, and evolving AI-related healthcare policiesGuide internal teams and customers on compliance, governance, and best practicesPartner with legal and regulatory teams to support product and market expansionThought Leadership and Market InfluenceRepresent hellocare.ai at industry conferences, executive forums, and customer eventsContribute to industry thought leadership in AI-assisted care delivery and virtual care transformationHelp position hellocare.ai as a category leader in intelligent, AI-driven healthcareYour ProfileAdvanced clinical degree required such as MD, RN, MSN, DNP, or equivalent clinical leadership background10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including executive roles such as Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Information Officer, or similarDeep understanding of health system operations, clinical workflows, and care delivery models at scaleProven experience with virtual care, telehealth, or digital health transformation initiativesStrong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven clinical decision support in healthcare preferredDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale change management and drive enterprise adoption across health systemsExperience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teamsStrong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and board-level discussionsPassion for innovation and transforming healthcare through technologyActive involvement in clinical or healthcare leadership organizations is a plusWhat's in it for youBe part of a company leading the transformation of AI-assisted virtual care deliveryWork directly with the Founder and CEO and partner with top health systems across the countryOpportunity to define and scale next-generation clinical care models across inpatient, outpatient, and home settingsPlay a central role in shaping the future of AI-driven healthcare and intelligent hospital roomsCompetitive executive compensation, including performance-based incentives and equity participationComprehensive benefits in a high-impact, fast-paced, and mission-driven environmentMake a meaningful and lasting impact on how healthcare is delivered at scaleMore about hellocare
