This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for a pharmacist who is comfortable working independently in the evening while following established procedures and standards.This position is part of the Operations department in Bellmore, NY and is located on site. The evening Pharmacist works within established workflows and supports continuity of operations during our 4pm- 12am shift. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform final pharmacist verification of prescriptions prior to fulfillment and shipmentReview non-sterile compounded preparations for accuracy, labeling, documentation, and formulation consistencyApply non-sterile compounding standards and internal procedures in alignment with USP and USP requirementsSupport pharmacy technicians during the shift by answering questions and reviewing work as neededVerify prescription details, including dosing, calculations, and ingredient accuracyMaintain steady workflow during evening operations to prevent delaysIdentify and resolve routine processing or verification issues during the shiftEnsure proper handling, storage, and documentation of controlled substancesMaintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready pharmacy environmentDocument and communicate any outstanding issues or notes to ensure smooth shift transitionsRequired QualificationsPharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institutionActive New York Pharmacist license in good standingStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and confidently during evening shiftsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentClear communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience in a compounding pharmacy environmentPrior experience supporting prescription fulfillment or verification workflowsComfort working evening or night shiftsSalary$55.00 - $65.00 per hourBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceScheduleMonday - Friday4:00 PM - 12:00 AMWork LocationOnsiteBellmore, NYWhy Join UsAs part of Precision Medicine, you'll be at the heart of an exciting transformation in the telemedicine landscape.
