This is a true 1:1 patient care environment focused on outcomes, strength-based rehabilitation, and return-to-performance "” not volume-driven care.About the RoleThis role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with active adults and athletes, values collaboration, and wants room to grow clinically and professionally within a multidisciplinary sports medicine team.ResponsibilitiesProvide true 1:1 patient care with no PTAs and no double-bookingEvaluate, treat, and progress patients through sports and orthopedic rehabilitationDesign and implement progressive, strength-based rehab and return-to-performance programsCollaborate with orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, chiropractors, and other sports medicine providersParticipate in structured mentorship, case reviews, and ongoing clinical developmentComplete documentation efficiently using modern systems that support high-quality careQualificationsLicensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of WashingtonInterest in outpatient sports and orthopedic rehabilitationStrong clinical reasoning skills and comfort coaching movement and strengthCollaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary teamDesire to grow clinically and pursue leadership, mentorship, or program development opportunities over timeRequired SkillsLicensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Washington, Interest in outpatient sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, Strong clinical reasoning skills and comfort coaching movement and strength, Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, Desire to grow clinically and pursue leadership, mentorship, or program development opportunities over time.
