Our services include vaccines, routine check-ups, digital radiology (both full body and dental), in-house diagnostics, dentistry, exotic pet care, and more. Our mission is to offer compassionate, comprehensive care that respects both our patients and their families.We are hiring a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to join our growing team as we expand with a second location opening inside PetSmart in August. This role offers flexibility across locations, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to practice medicine with excellent tools, support staff, and autonomy.What You'll DoProvide high-quality medical care for small animal patients in a general practice settingConduct exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, and preventive care (vaccines, routine checkups)Perform routine surgeries and participate in a surgery schedule aligned to your skill level, with opportunity to growCollaborate closely with experienced technicians and support staff to deliver excellent patient and client experiencesBuild strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear communication and educationSupport urgent care (non-emergency) cases during normal hours as neededWho We're Looking ForRequiredDVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary programActive Florida veterinary license2-3 years of clinical experienceCommitment to providing compassionate, high-quality careProficiency in using diagnostic tools such as digital radiology (full body & dental) and in-house laboratory equipmentWillingness to perform at least basic routine surgery (and interest in continuing to grow surgical skills)Strong communication skills and collaborative mindsetPreferredExpanded soft tissue surgery, advanced dentistry interests, or broader case experienceExperience with exotic pets (bonus, not required)Interest in expanding surgical skills and learning integrative or holistic approachesAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn's Full-Service Hiring beta program.
