About the CompanyMyCare Medical is actively seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Largo, FL. We are a medical practice specializing in primary care. We deliver the highest quality care to our patients at the lowest costs available to them. Our company is physician-founded, and dyad-led. We've created a structural support system to ensure that our providers can focus solely on patient care.About the RoleWhy Join Our Team:100% Outpatient care onlyOn call services may be expected of this roleCompetitive Salary + Annual Quality Bonus - Our base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000, based on experience. With our annual performance bonus, you can earn up to 15% of your base salary.Full Benefits OfferedAnnual Performance Bonus based on Quality of CareMalpractice Insurance CoverageFull support both in-clinic and through our Central Business Office to ensure providers can focus solely on patient careResponsibilitiesMonday - Friday, 8am-5pmRotating and flexible on-call schedule.We use eClinical Works (eCW), along with partnering programs to ensure ease of use for our patients and practices.We focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, working alongside patients and their families to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage a population with multiple comorbidities.Bilingual (English-Spanish) PreferredIntegrated team-based care: Working as a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes by meeting their needs and preferences.Prioritizing preventative care and proactive management of chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes, decrease patient's costs, and increase revenue for the practice.Providers must be comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population.QualificationsCertification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)Certification through an accredited PA certification program focusing on adult medicine.Currently licensed as an Acute, Adult/Gerontological or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employmentIdeal Candidate, with a minimum of two years of experience as Nurse PractitionerBilingual English Spanish speaking preferredHolds or is eligible for DEA licensure and CDS licensure (if required in the state of practice)Up-to-date CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.Required SkillsStrong organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system2 years of experience of Medical Advantage, HEIDS, MRA and ICD-10 CodingComfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient populationDemonstrated ability to problem-solve complex and multifaceted situations.Preferred SkillsBilingual (English-Spanish) PreferredPay range and compensation packageCompetitive Salary + Annual Quality Bonus - Our base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000, based on experience.
