The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and develop tailored treatment plans for pediatric clients, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional daily activities. Responsibilities include delivering individualized therapy sessions, collaborating with families and caregivers, maintaining thorough documentation, and participating in team discussions to support each child's progress.QualificationsExperience in Sensory Integration and Occupational Therapy techniquesExpertise in Pediatrics and Early Intervention practicesPassion for Working With Children and ability to build rapport with young clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team membersMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related fieldCurrent state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in WashingtonExperience in pediatric clinical settings is requiredCPR and First Aid certification is a plus
