About Bliss:We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to serve as a Team Lead,supporting both clinical excellence and day-to-day clinic operations. This role is designedfor a clinician who is interested in leadership while maintaining a consistent clinicalcaseload.Job Description:The Team Lead is responsible for supporting therapist performance, ensuring quality andcompliance standards, and serving as a key liaison between clinic staff and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical (15-20 patient hours per week)Provide therapy services and complete evaluationsSupervise Clinical Fellows, as applicableMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentationModel strong clinical decision-making and patient careLeadership & Clinical OversightProvide ongoing support and mentorship to therapistsConduct regular one-on-one check-insMonitor clinical performance, patient progress, and outcomesEnsure documentation meets quality, timeliness, and audit standardsIdentify and address performance concerns in collaboration with leadershipOperations & Administrative Support (Minimum 10 non-clinical hours/week)LeadershipParticipate in bi-weekly leadership meetingsSupport implementation of clinic and organizational initiativesAdministrative / OperationsAssist with scheduling coordination and problem-solvingSupport supply management and clinic organizationContribute to process improvement effortsTherapist SupportServe as a clinical resource for team membersProvide guidance on treatment planning and documentationCommunity & GrowthParticipate in select community or referral-related events as a clinical representativeParticipate at relevant therapist recruiting and careers events with graduate schoolpartners as a clinical representativeSupport development of referral relationships in coordination with leadershipQualificationsActive Texas Speech-Language Pathologist licenseMinimum of 3 years of clinical experience (pediatrics preferred)Strong clinical and documentation skillsDemonstrated ability to support and guide other cliniciansEffective communication and organizational skillsCompensationCompensation is structured to support both clinic performance and quality of care.Competitive base salaryMonthly bonus tied to location's profitabilityDiscretionary annual bonus opportunity tied to location's: Documentation compliance, Patient attendance and retention, Therapist retention and team stabilityAdditional ResponsibilitiesAddress patient and staff concerns with professionalism and timelinessSupport a positive, collaborative clinic environmentAssist with onboarding and training of new team membersCarry forward the "Bliss culture" at location
