Licensed Clinical Therapist (Full-Time | Hybrid Model)LocationWestchester County, NYSetting: Outpatient (Pediatric & Adolescent Population)OverviewA rapidly growing behavioral health organization is seeking licensed clinicians to support children and adolescents through a hybrid model of in-person and virtual care. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven, collaborative team focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents (up to age 18)Develop and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approachesUtilize measurement-based care to track client progress and outcomesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care coordination and case consultationParticipate in ongoing training, development, and peer collaborationSupport community outreach and engagement initiativesProvide mentorship or clinical guidance to early-career clinicians, as appropriateQualificationsActive, unrestricted New York clinical license (LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D, or equivalent)Completion of required post-graduate supervised clinical hoursAvailability to support afternoon and early evening client needsStrong experience with evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Experience treating a range of conditions, including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challengesExperience delivering both in-person and telehealth servicesCommitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional developmentInterest in working with children, adolescents, and familiesPreferred ExperienceExperience with exposure-based interventionsFamiliarity with caregiver-focused training approachesPrior supervision or mentorship experienceScheduleMonday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)Flexibility preferred, particularly between 3:00 PM - 6:30 PMOptional Saturday morning hours availableHybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary aligned with experience and credentialsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and disability coverageRetirement savings plan optionsPaid time off, holidays, and parental leaveStipends for remote work setup, wellness, and continuing educationReimbursement for licensure and professional development expensesWork EnvironmentThis organization promotes a collaborative, clinician-centered culture that emphasizes quality care, professional growth, and strong team connection.Diversity and InclusionThe organization is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and delivering equitable care.
