Job Title: Clinical Care Coordination Supervisor (RN) Location: Remote Duration: 3+ Month Contract (Through 05/31/2026) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate: $65-$68/hour No Weekends or HolidaysJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced RN professional to lead care coordination and utilization management operations for Medicare and DSNP populations.
