Data AnalystRemoteC2H roleKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Medicaid analytics and reporting initiatives.Perform complex data analysis using SQL and healthcare datasets.Support Medicaid data reporting and validation efforts for the State of Connecticut.Translate business and technical requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, technical documentation, and data specifications.Collaborate with state agency stakeholders and analytics teams to gather and finalize requirements.Provide ad hoc data analysis support to state agency analytic staff.Partner with the Analytics Manager to enhance reporting capabilities and dashboard development.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting deliverables.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.Advanced SQL development and data analysis skills.Experience working with healthcare, Medicaid, or Medicare data.Ability to work in both technical and client-facing capacities.Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.Strong understanding of data mapping, technical specifications, and reporting workflows.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Medicaid reporting and CMS tools such as:MARSCMST-MSISCMS-64Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
