We specialize in providing high-quality psychological and therapeutic services to youth, couples, and families through personalized, evidence-based care.Our team of highly trained clinicians offers comprehensive assessments and treatment using approaches including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and addiction therapy.As an expanding and innovative practice, we are committed to increasing access to care through teletherapy services and partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. We foster a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.Role DescriptionTri Therapy is seeking compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counselors/Therapists to join our growing team in a part-time, on-site role based in North Huntingdon, PA. We are especially interested in clinicians experienced in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families and who bring specialized clinical skills to support these populations.The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family counseling services using evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with schools, families, healthcare providers, and community supports to ensure comprehensive client care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, family, and youth counseling servicesConduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plansUtilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, and family systems approachesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and case notesCollaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partnersSupport behavioral and emotional interventions for children and adolescentsParticipate in case consultation and interdisciplinary collaborationProvide teletherapy services when appropriateMaintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standardsRequired QualificationsActive Pennsylvania licensure in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health fieldStrong clinical assessment and treatment planning skillsKnowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approachesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to ethical practice and client-centered carePreferred QualificationsIdeal candidates will have experience in several of the following areas:Child and adolescent therapyFamily systems therapyCouples counselingSchool-based mental health supportTrauma-informed careBehavioral and emotional interventions for youthCase management and interdisciplinary collaborationTeletherapy and digital counseling platformsPreferred CredentialsPreference will be given to candidates who are dual-qualified as:Certified School Counselors, andOne of the following licensed professionals:Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)What We're Looking ForCompassionate, collaborative, and mission-driven cliniciansPassion for helping children, adolescents, couples, and families thriveAbility to work effectively within a growing and innovative practice environmentInterest in contributing to community partnerships and expanding mental health access across Westmoreland CountyIf you are looking to be a part of a new and growing, supportive and forward-thinking practice dedicated to meaningful clinical work and community impact, we would love to hear from you.
