Job SummaryThis role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customersatisfaction. It is crucial in understanding market trends, identifying client needs, and effectivelycommunicating those needs to operations in North America.Duties/Responsibilities:Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially keyOEMs (Tesla, Stellantis, GM, Ford, Rivian, Nissan US) and stakeholders (Purchasing,Engineering, Quality, Operations). Develop a deep understanding of the customers'business and industry to provide customized solutions where applicable.Sales & Strategy: Collaborate internally to execute sales plans; lead North America clientengagements (company intros, TR meetings, product promotion).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations to ensureon-time delivery; co-manage partners (e.g., CT, Lens Technology) and track open issues.Market Intelligence: Monitor North American industry trends and competitors, make strategicadjustments for long-term growth; prepare semi-annual reports showing market analysis(market data, client insights, product roadmap).Accounts Receivable: Manage North America client payment processes for healthy cashflow.to ensure healthy cash flow. Address any issues that arise and ensure that the processesare efficient and effective.Business Development: Research and participate in Securing new opportunities and explorenon-automotive markets (motorcycle, marine, medical, etc.).Required Skills/Abilities:• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Problem solving and critical thinking ability• Computer/System skills (SAP, Excel, Power BI, Sales Force, etc.).• Shown ability to efficiently handle stressful or conflict situations/interactions with internaland external customers• Ability to manage time with minimal supervision and to prioritize multiple projectsEducation and Experience:• Education: Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, or arelated field.• Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiencyin CAD software and manufacturing tools.• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service.
