Day to Day: You will act as the primary service contact for your clients, overseeing renewals, coverage analysis, carrier negotiations, and all day-to-day policy servicing. This role offers a strong blend of technical insurance work, strategic client planning, and hands-on relationship management. You will collaborate closely with Client Advisors, Account Executives, and carrier partners while working alongside a service pod of Account Managers and Associates.(THIS IS A SERVICING ROLE NOT A SALES ROLE) Key Responsibilities Include:Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize carrier offeringsLead risk analysis, gather client information, and provide technical coverage recommendationsDetermine markets aligned with carrier strategyPrepare and deliver strategic renewal materials and carrier submissionsBind coverage, review binding documents, and ensure accuracyMaintain accurate account, policy, and contact data within EPICProcess renewals, endorsements, cancellations, proofs of insuranceGenerate standard client and carrier communications (BORs, proposals, pre-renewal letters, etc.)REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE2+ years of Commercial Line insurance experienceStrong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and guaranteed cost programsActive Property & Casualty insurance license (In Ohio)Has managed a book of businessNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEStrong MS Office skills; Excel proficiency Experienced with EPIC and carrier portal systemsCollege degree preferred but not required
