Network Adjusters is seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to join our offices located in Denver, CO and Farmingdale, NY. This is an opportunity for a seasoned supervisor handling General Liability, Property & Casualty or Construction Defect coverages. In this role, you will hire, onboard, train, and develop a team of adjusters specializing in general liability and construction defect claims, providing both strategic and technical guidance throughout the claims process.You will play a key role in maintaining departmental protocols, supporting complex claim resolution, and delivering strong customer service outcomes for carriers, clients, and internal stakeholders. This is a desk-based role.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to drive performance and professional developmentHire, onboard, train, and develop staff as neededReview and analyze coverage, policies, claim forms, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and compliant claim handlingOversee the full claims lifecycle, including damage evaluation, loss determination, settlement negotiations, and resolutionEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company guidelines, and industry Best PracticesImplement and monitor quality control standards and QA/QC measures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in claims handlingCollaborate with carriers, attorneys, claimants, and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and provide a positive claims experienceTrack and analyze team and departmental performance metrics, establish targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goalsPrepare and present reports to senior management and clients, highlighting performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesStay current on industry regulations, case law, statutes, and evolving claims best practicesQualificationsMinimum 5 years of claims handling experience in General Liability, Property, or Construction Defect claimsMinimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably within insurance claimsStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a teamSuperior knowledge of case law, statutes, and procedures impacting claim handling and valuationExcellent analytical, evaluation, strategic, and negotiation skillsAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailProficiency in MS Office Suite and other standard business softwarePolished written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $115,000-130,000+ annually (based on licensure, certifications, and experience)Training, development, and career growth opportunities401(k) with company match and retirement planningPaid time off and company-paid holidaysComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Company-paid life insurance and long-term disabilitySupplemental life insurance and optional short-term disabilityStrong work/family and employee assistance programsEmployee referral programLocationsDenver, CO and Farmingdale, NYRemote opportunities may be available for experienced candidates who meet all required criteria.About Network AdjustersFounded in 1958, Network Adjusters has built a reputation as a leading provider of insurance claims administration and independent adjusting services.
