Role: Billing Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009 Pay: $23 - $27/hour Hours: 7am-3:30pm / Full-time Setting: 100% in office We're looking for a detail-driven Billing Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate, timely invoicing. In this role, you'll support our mission to protect businesses, people, and time by managing billing processes, resolving discrepancies, and helping secure prompt customer payments. You'll collaborate across teams and serve as a resource to internal partners while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume billing data quickly and accuratelyResolve billing discrepancies and rejectionsReview and verify customer contractsProvide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionallySupport collection efforts to secure timely paymentsPartner with internal teams and assist with general office supportFollow all company policies and safety guidelinesContribute to special projects as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED3-5 years AR/Billing experience preferredStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with strong math and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 a plusFamiliarity with American Contractor, Prelude, Great Plains, or Salesforce preferredOutgoing and confident communicating across teams
