In this role, you will be responsible for inside sales operations, proactively managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key activities include generating and qualifying leads, delivering tailored product information, and maintaining accurate account records. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and track progress toward sales objectives.QualificationsExperience in Inside Sales and Lead GenerationStrong skills in Customer Service and Customer SatisfactionProficiency in Account Management and building client relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal capabilitiesGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targetsFamiliarity with the Life & Annuities sector or financial services is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
