Our team operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment focused on growth, collaboration, and delivering results for our clients and candidates.Position OverviewSearch Solution Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Training Manager to lead internal recruiting efforts while also driving employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives across the organization.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong teams, and is passionate about developing people. The Talent Acquisition & Training Manager will play a key role in attracting top talent, enhancing the onboarding experience, improving internal processes, and ensuring employees are equipped with the tools and training needed to succeed.This individual will work closely with leadership and hiring managers across the business and will be responsible for managing the full internal hiring process while helping create and implement scalable training programs.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage the full-cycle recruiting process for internal hires across the organizationPartner with leadership to understand hiring needs, team structure, and growth initiativesSource, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring processSchedule and facilitate interview coordination, candidate communication, and onsite interview logisticsReview resumes and assess candidates for both technical skillset and culture fitMaintain accurate candidate tracking and notes within Bullhorn ATSAssist with offer management, onboarding coordination, and new hire communicationEnsure a strong candidate experience throughout the interview processBuild and maintain pipelines of top talent for current and future hiring needsAssist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting-related LinkedIn contentTraining & DevelopmentDevelop and manage onboarding and training programs for new hiresCoordinate and facilitate week-one onboarding schedules and training sessionsCreate and maintain SOPs, training documents, and process guidesPartner with leadership to identify training gaps and areas for process improvementSupport ongoing employee development and coaching initiativesAssist with training employees on systems including Bullhorn, HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal processesHelp create scalable training programs for recruiters, sales employees, and operational staffTrack onboarding progress and employee training completionCollaborate with department leaders to ensure training materials remain current and effectiveAdditional ResponsibilitiesAssist with internal process improvement initiativesSupport employee engagement and company culture initiativesParticipate in internal hiring meetings and workforce planning discussionsMaintain confidentiality regarding employee and candidate informationAssist with various HR and operational projects as neededQualifications3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, Training, or a related fieldExperience recruiting within staffing, executive search, sales, or professional services environments preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelinesComfortable leading onboarding sessions and training initiativesExperience with ATS and CRM systems such as Bullhorn, HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Salesforce preferredStrong attention to detail and follow-throughPositive, proactive, and team-oriented mindsetAbility to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teamsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryBonus opportunitiesHealth benefitsPTO and paid holidaysCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organizationCollaborative, team-oriented cultureWork EnvironmentCharlotte, NC (Hybrid/In-Office)Fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven environmentOpportunity to work directly with leadership and play a key role in company growthWhy Join Search Solution Group?At Search Solution Group, we are passionate about building high-performing teams and creating opportunities for growth "” both for our clients and internally within our own organization.
