ABOUT WHWH Property Group is a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating platform focused on acquiring, developing, and managing middle market multifamily assets across high-growth Southeast markets.We control acquisitions, property management, asset management, and development in-house, allowing us to directly improve asset performance and execute business plans. ROLE OVERVIEWWe are hiring a VP of Asset Management & Operations to help scale the platform and own execution across the portfolio.This is not a traditional asset management role. We are looking for an operator and builder "” someone who can think like an owner (both company owner and asset owner), solve problems in real time, drive performance across assets and teams, and play a key role in building our operating platform.This role will work directly with the founder and will be responsible for turning strategy into execution across operations, asset management, and growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, systems-oriented, and execution-driven, with an institutional approach to performance and accountability. This is an opportunity to help build a company, not just manage assets.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESOwn property-level performance across the portfolioOversee and hold property management teams accountable to KPIs and business plansExecute value-add strategies including renovations, leasing, and expense optimizationBuild and implement systems, reporting, and operational processes across the platformIdentify and drive NOI growth opportunities at the asset levelManage budgets, forecasts, and ongoing asset performance trackingPartner on acquisitions and translate deals into executable business plansHelp build the operating infrastructure of a growing companyRecruit, hire, and train team members across property management and operations, with full responsibility for building and developing a high-performing, accountable team as the platform scalesQUALIFICATIONS7-10+ years of multifamily real estate experience across operations, asset management, or investmentsDemonstrated track record of improving asset performance (rent growth, expense control, NOI expansion)Experience overseeing property management and/or asset management teams and driving accountabilityStrong understanding of value-add execution, budgeting, and business plan implementationAbility to operate at both a strategic and execution levelEntrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountabilityComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited structureStrong communication and leadership skillsPassion for building and leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency, data visibility, and scalability across the platformCOMPENSATIONCompetitive base salaryPerformance bonuses tied to portfolio KPIs, asset performance, and company growthParticipation in deal-level economics based on involvement and performance (promote, fees)Path to long term-alignment and expanded economics as the platform growsADDITIONAL DETAILSHigh-ownership role with direct exposure to all aspects of the businessSignificant opportunity for growth and leadership within the companyDirect access to founder and involvement in strategic decisionsThis is an entreprenurial role and an opportunity to have a hand in building a companyNOTES:Innovation, Servant LeadershipAccountability, Discipline, and Integrity are our guiding core values.
