Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role at multiple sites across the country. Travel expenses are typically paid by company but are negotiable at time of hire. The Lead Electrician will oversee and execute electrical installations, maintenance, and repair tasks on light Industrial projects. Additional duties involve collaborating with clients, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.QualificationsProven expertise in Electricity and Electrical WorkExperience in Conveyor and Control helpful but not necessaryStrong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying electrical issuesExperience in leading and managing a team of other electriciansProficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematicsStrong understanding of safety regulations and industry standardsJourneyman license preferredExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training are advantageous
