Primary responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks on industrial and packaging equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring all machinery is operating efficiently. The role also involves collaborating with team members to implement effective repair solutions and assisting with regular evaluations of equipment performance.QualificationsProven experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceStrong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & RepairExperience in implementing and conducting Preventive Maintenance programsProficiency in operating, inspecting, and repairing industrial equipment and toolsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematicsEffective communication and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in industrial maintenance or related fields are a plusCommitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency
