Leave & Disability Coordinator - 6 month contract to hire, Hybrid Role, Pays from $24-29/hr W2 (Bryn Mawr, PA office 4x a week 1x remote) - Retail Banking Company Direct applicants only, third party, referral, or C2C candidates cannot be considered Our banking client with office in Bryn Mawr, PA is looking to hire a Disability and Leave Coordinator in their HR department with a bachelor's degree in a domain similar to HR or 2+ years of the experience across the following:Administering leave and disability inquires, especially extended leave, FMLA, or ADAUsing Workday and/or other similar systems for leave management and payroll processingAbility to interact directly with a workforce of 2,000+, handle multiple requests, and comply with relevant laws in the field of HR and employment management.This is a 6-month. contract to hire opportunity to start, pays from $24-29/hr W2. Onsite 4x a week in Bryn Mawr, PA. Offering health/vision/dental and 401k during the contract period before potential fulltime conversion to fulltime benefit plan expected after 6 months on contract.
