This isn't just about posting"”it's about building a community that's engaged, excited, and ready to take action.You'll own our social presence from content creation to DM sales, combining creative storytelling with strategic community engagement to grow our brand and drive real business results.What You'll DoContent Creation & ProductionCreate high-quality video and photo content that captures attention and tells our storyProfessional video editing using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)Develop a consistent content calendar that aligns with our brand voice and business goalsStay ahead of trends and adapt content to platform-specific formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube Shorts)Community Management & EngagementBuild and nurture our online community across all social platformsRespond to comments, messages, and mentions with authenticity and speed (this includes custom video messages, regularly using memes and emojis and more)Foster meaningful conversations that strengthen brand loyaltyGoing live on cameraMonitor community sentiment and provide insights to inform strategySocial Selling & ConversionDrive sales through direct messaging and social engagementIdentify and engage potential customers in comments and DMs (text/video)Convert conversations into bookings, sign-ups, or salesTrack and report on social-driven revenue and conversionsStrategy & GrowthDevelop and execute social media strategies that grow our audience and engagementAnalyze performance metrics and optimize content based on dataCollaborate with the team to align social efforts with broader marketing goalsTest new platforms, formats, and approaches to stay innovativeRequired Skills Professional video editing experience with a portfolio that proves it ? Strong photography and videography skills (shooting and editing) ? Proven ability to sell through social media and DMs ? Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Experience with community management and engagement strategies ?
