You'll work cross-functionally with global teams, support high-volume interview coordination, and help optimize our recruiting operations.Job Responsibilities• Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews across multiple time zones, including travel and accommodations when needed• Serve as a host for onsite candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming interview experience• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate journey• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)RequirementsQualifications• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience• 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) is a plusPreferred Attributes• A strong sense of ownership and a "get-it-done" attitude• Interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources• Enthusiasm for process improvement and operational excellence
