Experience is always a plus! Compensation: $150,000-$175,000 ($2,000 + 10% of the assignment fee i.e. revenue of the deal. We help sellers in various situations (distressed properties, inheritances, relocations, etc.) by offering fair cash deals and quick closings. Our team is dynamic, supportive, and focused on win-win outcomes.Job Description:We're seeking motivated individuals to join our acquisitions team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a predominantly phone-based role where you'll spend most of your day making outbound calls to motivated sellers, building rapport, qualifying leads, and negotiating purchase contracts over the phone. No door-knocking or in-person meetings required - everything is handled remotely via phone and CRM tools.Key Responsibilities:Make 175+ outbound calls per day using provided leads and dialer softwareFollow proven scripts to engage homeowners, uncover their needs, and present cash offer solutionsQualify leads, gather property details, and negotiate terms to secure contractsBuild and maintain relationships with sellers through follow-up callsEnter lead and deal information into our CRM systemCollaborate with the team to close deals quickly and efficientlyQualifications:Excellent communication and phone skills (persuasive, empathetic, and resilient)Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objectionsBasic computer skills (CRM experience a plus, but not required)Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeSales or customer service experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome - we provide comprehensive training!Reliable internet and quiet workspace for remote workWhat We Offer:Pay is bi-weekly then paid on the day the deal closes.Uncapped commissions and bonuses (top performers earn significantly more in their first year)Full paid training and ongoing coachingProvided tools: Leads, auto-dialer, scripts, and CRM accessFlexible schedule with potential for growth into senior acquisitions or management rolesPaid time off, and performance incentivesIf you're ambitious, enjoy talking to people on the phone, and want to break into real estate with stable pay and high earning potential, this is the perfect entry-level opportunity!
