This role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday, ensuring alignment with business needs and HR processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement in HR systems and data management.Job DescriptionThe Workday Analyst will act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, supporting system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements across HR operations. This position partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and maintain system solutions while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.Serve as the primary Workday expert, providing functional and technical support across HR modulesTroubleshoot system issues, resolve errors, and manage day-to-day system operationsMaintain data accuracy, integrity, and security within WorkdaySupport Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and implementation of updatesLead testing and deployment of new system functionalityDocument system configurations, changes, and processesDevelop user guides, job aids, and training materials; provide end-user supportPartner with stakeholders to configure business processes and workflowsIdentify and implement system enhancements and process improvementsManage and support Workday integrations with internal systems and external vendorsMonitor integration performance and resolve issues in coordination with technical teamsCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extractsProvide data analysis and insights to support business decisionsPerform data audits, mass updates, and ensure compliance with data standardsSupport change management efforts and user adoption of new features and processesQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience in one or more modules (HCM, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits)Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security model, and business process frameworkExperience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutionsFoundational knowledge of HR processes, data management, and business cyclesExperience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, or cross-functional initiativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExperience creating reports, dashboards, and analyzing HR dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and time managementPreferred QualificationsExperience working within a collaborative HR or HRIS team environmentExperience optimizing HR systems and implementing best practicesFamiliarity with Workday integrations and vendor/system coordinationExposure to change management initiatives and user trainingKnowledge of HR technology trends and Workday roadmap updatesBenefitsOur client offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' health, financial wellness, and professional growth.
