If you enjoy hands-on work, technology, and a fast-paced warehouse environment, this could be a great next step for you.In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring raw materials and finished goods move smoothly through our facility"”from receiving and storage to packing and shipment"”while keeping inventory accurate and operations running efficiently.What you'll be doingAs part of our warehouse and logistics team, you'll:Receive finished products from production teams and review customer and shipping requirementsPack, label, weigh, and prepare orders for shipment following standard proceduresCreate shipping documents such as bills of lading and export paperwork and coordinate with freight carriers when neededOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, dock levelers, and hand tools safely and efficientlyUse shipping systems, ERP software (SAP), and basic computer tools to track inventory and shipmentsReceive raw materials and equipment from mail, express, and trucking carriers while ensuring safety standards are followedInspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, document inventory, and communicate issues as neededOrganize, uncrate, and store materials or distribute them to production and work areasComplete SAP transactions to keep inventory records accurate and up to dateMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace through active participation in 5SFollow all company safety procedures and wear required PPEParticipate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives and cross-training opportunitiesSupport your team with additional duties as assigned by your supervisorWhat you'll bringYou'll be successful here if you have:A high school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environmentComfort using computers, email, and web-based applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP)Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping systems (strongly preferred)Forklift certification"”or the ability and willingness to become certifiedStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic reading, writing, and math skillsClear communication skills and the ability to work well with othersA team-first mindset and reliability you can stand behindWhat the job is likeThis is an active, hands-on role.
